Every project tells a story. Here's a collection of spaces we've designed that blend innovation with environmental responsibility - because good architecture shouldn't cost the earth.
A net-zero family home on Lake Ontario that proves luxury doesn't have to compromise sustainability. We integrated passive solar design with reclaimed materials - honestly one of our proudest builds to date.
Adaptive reuse of a 1920s warehouse into collaborative workspace
Homes that actually work for how people live - not just how they look in magazines. We've spent years figuring out what makes a space feel right, and it shows.
Client wanted modern aesthetics without losing the neighbourhood's character. We kept the original facade, gutted the interior, and added a glass extension that floods the space with natural light. The kids' playroom doubles as our favourite feature.
Five-unit development that shows density doesn't mean sacrificing quality. Each home's got its own rooftop garden and we managed to squeeze in proper storage - something most new builds totally overlook.
We design workplaces where people actually want to spend their day. It's not rocket science - just thoughtful planning, good materials, and understanding how businesses actually operate.
The client wanted something that'd stand out on one of Toronto's busiest shopping streets. We created a facade that changes with the light throughout the day, and an interior layout that's flexible enough to accommodate pop-ups and events. It's become a bit of a landmark, which wasn't even the goal initially.
Sometimes the best new architecture involves respecting what's already there. We've worked on several heritage projects that honour history while making spaces functional for today.
Turned a century-old library into mixed-use space while keeping the original reading room intact. The marble staircase alone was worth preserving.
Completed 2021Part of the team reimagining Toronto's waterfront. Focused on creating pedestrian-friendly spaces that connect neighbourhoods instead of dividing them.
Ongoing since 2022Old manufacturing facility transformed into 40 residential lofts. Kept the exposed brick and timber beams - they don't make 'em like that anymore.
Completed 2020Our most ambitious sustainable project yet. This community hub generates more energy than it uses, features a green roof that's become a neighbourhood gathering spot, and uses reclaimed materials from demolished buildings across the GTA. Won us a few awards, but more importantly, the community actually uses it.
